Has been engaged in the practice of law since 1994. Joel Hirschhorn, P.A. (1994-1999); Hirschhorn & Bieber, P.A. (2000). Practice focuses on criminal and civil white collar defense litigation (both high profile and extremely confidential) for individuals, as well as major multi-million dollar businesses, in all Federal and State Courts at the trial and appellate levels. Practice concentrates on the defense of Banking, Bankruptcy, Computer, Health Care, Insurance, Mail, Money Laundering, Mortgage, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, RICO, Tax, Wire and other types of Fraud, and Complex Litigation (both Criminal and Civil). Also representing businesses, corporate executives, prominent clients, ordinary citizens and others accused of alleged (violent and non-violent) criminal conduct, as well as in grand jury investigations, regulatory matters, Native American law and Gaming law.
